Confirmation

Congratulations to all those confirmed by +Bishop Peter on Friday! We welcomed eleven candidates to our three congregations at a wonderful service where +Bishop Peter Edmonton administered the sacraments of confirmation and, to some, baptism, before celebrating the Eucharist along with our own parish priests followed by a great party with plenty of food! The church was done up for the occasion with some stunning floral arrangements and there was some stirring music from the choir including Franck’s Panis Angelicus during the communion – it was lovely to see the church looking and sounding so beautiful, and with a full congregation too! Thank you to everyone who helped to make the evening such a special occasion and supported our candidates at this important time.
